Rich breakfast offerings were a good start to each day.

The wifi was annoyingly unreliable, constantly cutting out during important video calls. The apartment's cleanliness was a significant issue, with noticeable mold in the bathroom and old, poorly maintained decor. We were unpleasantly surprised to learn about additional costs that had not been clearly outlined beforehand.

The location is amazing and fantastic, a huge variety of restaurants and bars nearby.

Plenty of GREAT food for meals. Extremely comfy bed, well cleaned and large room with terrace and climate control. Fantastic location, minutes away from Tree - "platana". Also - short walk to a near by Restaurant with great food as well as the water taxis.

Couple's perfect getaway

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the experience we got.

We found Carmen and her staff very friendly and helpful.She was prepared to go the extra mile and will recommend Villa Carmen to anyone who would like to stay in Milini. The food at her restaurant was excellent and good value for money.

Stunning location in the lovely area, not far from the very nice restaurant Konoba Marinero as well as activities in Mlini and surrounding like coast, islands and of course goinig to Dubrovnik. Besides, very convenient to Mlini Beach.

We stayed at this lovely spot with our five kids, and the highlight was the close proximity to the beach with crystal clear waters. The large terrace allowed us to unwind together as we listened to the soothing waves every evening. The playground nearby was a hit!

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly meal options available for breakfast.

Very welcoming & friendly, breakfasts were excellent, lovely position nr the sea & handy for bus to Dubrovnik and boat trips. Their adjoining restaurant was very good. Would definitely go back again.

The place is easily accessible by car or by bus, although there's a short walk from the bus stop. The villa is located 2 minutes away from the beach and basically one can see (and hear) the turquoise sea from their room's doorstep! Pure joy... Nice building in a quiet area.Our room was spacious with cooker and the fridge,shower room/toilet and course,proper air con.Nice restaurant near by (also belongs to Carmen) or if self-catering- a supermarket 10 min away (a cool walk along the beach). A very friendly and talkative staff was able to help us with everything. Broadly speaking, we would definitely recommend Villa Carmen and would be happy to return there again.All the best Carmen and Teodora.

A complementary bottle of shampoo would be a good idea since one can simply forget to bring their own.

Villa Carmen Rooms & Apartments is a wonderful retreat to recharge. Beautiful location and cute hosts!

We think this is veer good family place. Carmen and her sister made ever effort to make us happy. Breakfast was veer well prepared.

We are 73 and 67 . The number of steps to our room and social area were very heavy on us. May be the advertisement should indicate this because it would help elderly people make decisions based on accessibility.

The warm welcome, discrete yet always accessible staff, the quiet, the private terrace with its sea view & sound of lapping water, the excellent breakfast & proximity of their excellent restaurant 50 metres away (& therefore the diners don't disturb the guests.

The fine views from my terrace were the highlight of my stay. The beautiful Mediterranean garden provided a peaceful atmosphere, and the personalized service from the owners added a special touch. Although the Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable, and the check-in process could have been smoother, the overall experience felt cozy as if staying with family.
